1Definitions and Scope of Agreement

3Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

7Account Closure and Suspension

Ysl99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

8Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ysl99 is registered and operates. Your use of this platform is at your own risk and you are responsible for ensuring that such use complies with your local laws.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the extent possible and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
